Important Notice: 2020 WMA Online Education Conversion

Dear WMA Education Sponsor or Student,

Thank you for your purchase of World Millwork Alliance (WMA) Online Education credit hours. As of December 31, 2020, the current learning management system will no longer be supported by Adobe Flash.

WMA is diligently working with our education hosting company to convert WMA online education course modules to a new Adobe platform. Unfortunately, WMA cannot guarantee the conversion of all WMA�s online education courses will be completed by year-end (2020).

WMA is requesting that sponsors assign all credit hours as soon as possible and students complete the assigned courses no later than December 31, 2020. We apologize for this inconvenience; however, we want to ensure that credit hours are not lost during the conversion process and students do have the opportunity and ample time to complete the course hours before 2020 year-end.

World Millwork Alliance online education courses are comprised of modules (chapters). Pricing is based on the hours allocated for each module.

From the purchase date of WMA online education hours, it is agreed and understood by the customer that he/she will have 90 days from the date the hours are purchased in which to complete the course; after the 90th day the allotment time for completing the course expires. There are no refunds, credits, extensions, or transfer of hours for purchased online education hours.
